About our Order Form

If this is your first time of ordering from us please take the time to read through these notes before moving on to the Order Form.  Accuracy of the information you supply. To avoid delays in processing your order please ensure the information you supply is correct and that there are no errors. Please print a copy of the order form and either fax or send the order to us with a cheque or credit card number.

How to place your order

Order On Line At this moment in time we do not have the facilities for on-line ordering. Order by Fax To submit your order by fax, print out and complete our online Order Form by hand or provide all the relevant details on a separate piece of paper. The fax number to use is 01962 774055. Order by Telephone Before you call, please have a copy of our online Order Form in front of you and have your credit/debit card immediately at hand. The number to call is 01962 774055. Order by Mail Mail orders can be placed with a cheque, money order, by credit card or debit card. Please include the details requested on our online Order Form. Order Confirmation
	Order confirmations are not usually sent, but if you would like us to confirm your order please make a notation on the order form.

Payment Methods

You may pay by credit card, debit card or cheque. Payment by Credit Card We accept credit cards Visa and Mastercard. Payment by Debit Card We accept debit cards Switch, Delta and Solo. Payment by Cheque If you wish to pay by cheque, you may still submit your order via our secure order form. Just complete the Cheque Payment section and make sure you include your email address or a telephone number where we can contact you. Once the cheque has been cleared, we will ship the goods within 1 working day. Cheques must be drawn on UK Bank or Building Society Account and made payable to "Water Wych Ltd". Please note that orders paid by cheque are shipped only after our bank has received payment. A £29 fee will be charged for returned cheques.

Shipping and Handling

All in-stock items are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays on a 48 hour service on receipt of order and payment, excluding public holidays. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone. We can ship to any address that is not a PO Box number, although a signature is necessary for receipt, so please make sure your delivery address will have someone available for delivery.  Unless otherwise specified by us in writing or on our online Order Form, your contribution for Shipping and Handling (S&H) to an address in mainland UK is only £5.95 for a single item.  If ordering 2 or more then the Shipping and Handling is £5.50 per item. Please contact us for details of costs to other parts of the world. Special Note: If we are provided with inaccurate shipping information i.e., missing house or apartment number, wrong postal code, etc. any charges made by the carrier for returning the package(s) to us are the responsibility of the customer.
